I’ve lived here for over a year and it’s been mostly solid. The unit itself is spacious + bright and the views from the upper floors are pretty decent. That said, the building’s starting to show its age a bit - common areas could use some TLC. The front desk staff are friendly and I’ve never had major issues with noise. It’s not luxury living, but for the location and price I’ve been happy overall.
