Tiara Condos

Built in 2004 Touchtone Construction Ltd., the fa&ccedil;ade of the Tiara Condos features a classic combination of red brick, concrete, and glass. The high-rise tower reaches to 25 storeys and contains 285 homes, and is home to a relatively young group of residents. Most residents living at 156 Enfield Place are under the age of 55, and, unsurprising for a diverse city like Mississauga, many languages other than English are commonly spoken in the building, include Polish, Arabic, Urdu, and Mandarin.Inside 156 Enfield is a grand, double-height lobby, as well as an impressive roster of amenities: residents have access to a gym, sauna, indoor pool and hot tub, squash court, and library, plus visitor parking. And during the warmer months, residents can often be found barbecuing and eating al fresco in the building&rsquo;s common outdoor space.
