    Excited to move into this high-quality building, it's got a posh feel and stunning balconies.

    The building is going to be great but it’s behind schedule and not really ready to live in yet. The location is great and the building looks really cool, but the condos are pretty small, and the builders are hard to work with sometimes. The building is still working on the frequent fire alarms, slow elevators, and most of the amenities. If you’re moving in, just note that it’s still a work in progress and not yet ready for the best living experience.
