    Great location near shops, restaurants, lake and GO station. Modern w/ amenities like gym and pool. Security has improved but guest check-in could be more convenient. Overall still a fantastic place to live

    Beautiful condo with spacious amenities, proactive management and professional security who keep the ship running tight. Convenient location near shopping, dining & transit. Clean building with dog wash AND car wash as added perks. Highly recommend!

    Stylish condos with a hotel-like vibe. Conveniently located near transit and shops. Amenities like gym, pool and rooftop patio are SO fantastic. Some areas need better cleaning but still great overall.

    Amazing location near a GO station, the QEW and downtown. Friendly staff, excellent amenities and a safe, clean environment. Guest check-in process could improve, but still it’s an ideal spot for professionals and families.

    Senses and Rain offer well-maintained condos with excellent security and helpful management. Close to Kerr Village, the GO station and QEW. Great community with friendly residents and clean updated facilities.

    Beautifully designed building with modern amenities, friendly security and underground parking. Conveniently located near highways, Go station, grocery stores and downtown Oakville. Clean safe and quiet highly recommend!

    Some parts of the building have really harsh lighting that's kind of tacky. Not a huge issue but throws off the otherwise calm feel of the building.

    I’ve rented here since 2019, and with that some of the appliances are starting to feel dated, but they’re still functional. Not much to complain about aside from the occasional minor issue with parcel delivery delays.
