Beautiful building. I feel lucky to live here

Living here for the past few years has been a really pleasant experience. The board is responsible and there’s a good mix of owners who genuinely care about the building. You’re right next to everything you need, but somehow it still feels private and tucked away. The grounds are really well kept, especially in spring and summer when everything’s in bloom. My only knock would be that the gym could use an upgrade, but that’s really minor in the grand scheme. The units are well built and much larger than what you typically find in the city. Honestly, this place has a charm that’s hard to find in newer developments. I feel lucky to have found a spot here when I did.

The condos are quiet with beautiful landscaping and attentive security. A great place to live with well-maintained surroundings.
