Ten years here. No drama, no wild surprises. Neighbours say hi in the hallway. Amenities are used but clean. Management doesn’t nickel and dime us, which is refreshing. It’s not flashy, but it’s solid. That’s what you want as an owner.

Clean, well maintained condo with lots of amenities and great management. Suites are a great size and the building is cozy, it kind of looks like a hotel and has underground guest parking. All the staff are friendly, your utilities are included in your condo fees. There is a secure pool, exercise room, and lots more
