Great location with nearby transit, shops, and amenities like a gym and pool. Most staff and residents are generally friendly, but building management have been unresponsive, with long-standing issues like a broken sauna, frequent elevator outages, and overall just inconsistent. And some reports of bed bugs have been a concern for me. There's the affordability and location, but management issues and maintenance problems can be frustrating.
