At first glance, Briar Hill Towers doesn&rsquo;t look like much; its grey brick exterior and traditional tower design is reminiscent of hundreds of condos built in the 80s that you&rsquo;ve probably seen around the GTA. As well, for those who entertain, there&rsquo;s available visitor parking so your guests won&rsquo;t have to worry about find a place on the street.<a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/condos-for-sale">Toronto condos for sale</a> in this building are a great opportunity for first time home buyers, young professionals, families, and even empty nesters; with large suite sizes and a variety of units at affordable prices, there&rsquo;s plenty of selection for buyers of any kind.

If you&rsquo;ve been searching for trendy neighbourhoods or fast paced communities in the GTA, you probably haven&rsquo;t come across <a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/york-crosstown/briar-hill-belgravia">Briar Hill &amp; Belgravia</a>.
