Great place to live, with superb management.

It’s been a really stable building. The units are larger than most newer condos and I appreciate these practical layouts. Management keeps the place clean and any maintenance requests I’ve had were addressed quickly. Location is the big win here - minutes from the subway, groceries and restaurants on Yonge. It’s surprisingly quiet inside despite being so central. The amenities could use an update (the gym’s a bit dated) but they still function well. For a mid2000s building, it’s aged better than I expected.

I was surprised how big the unit was. Common areas were clean and it didn’t feel overcrowded like some towers nearby. Definitely feels more “residential” than trendy.
