Constant fire alarms, poor management, cheap finishes that are already falling apart, and half the amenities are still “under construction” with no progress. The place is never clean. I can’t wait for my lease to end so I can get out

The location is great—just a minute from Highway 401 and close to everything: banks, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants. But since it was built during COVID, the quality isn’t the best, and some of the design choices, like the garage, don’t make much sense. As an owner living here for over a year, I've dealt with leaks, squeaky floors, and issues with unstable voltage, and I worry these could get worse over time. Management is helpful and tries their best, even with things that aren’t fully in their control. It’s fine for living in, but I’d be cautious if you’re looking to invest.

Poor finishes throughout, misleading sales tactics, and incompetent property management. We bought a 1-bedroom pre-construction unit in 2019 with promises of upgrades like under-cabinet lighting, a kitchen utility rack, and a walk-in shower. After numerous delays, we finally took only to find none of the upgrades were completed. The unit had crooked baseboards, unfinished closets, missing bathroom lights, patchy paint and a non-working EV charger. Attempts to escalate these issues have been dismissed or ignored, with property management deflecting blame.

As a first-time homeowner, I love my space! The building feels like a 5-star hotel. Security is responsive. Only downside: amenities are a bit restricted and customer service can be slow.
