Friendly concierge. The rooftop terrace offers stunning views of the city. I found visitor parking was a bit challenging.. overall it's a well-maintained building in a bustling neighborhood.

From an investment standpoint, Southside is solid value. The demand in this area is high due to its strategic location near transit and shopping. The building's modern design and amenities attract a diverse group of tenants overall. While the property values have seen a slight dip recently, the long-term prospects remain strong I hope!
