Overall, I’m quite happy here. There have been some minor issues with the elevators and occasional water leaks, but that seems common in many buildings. My main complaint is the combination washer/dryer in some units; they don’t seem to do the best job washing or drying clothes. However it’s a solid choice for living downtown.
