While 451 Rosewell Avenue and 485 Rosewell would have been a desirable place to live in the aughts, this pleasant neighbourhood has only become more popular since.The red and yellow brick building at 451 and 485 Rosewell is short in stature, reaching to just 6 storeys. The condo&rsquo;s footprint makes up for its height, however, with the two buildings accommodating a total of 336 <a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/midtown">midtown Toronto condos</a>.Residents living at Lawrence Park on Rosewell can enjoy the best of both worlds: they live amongst the serenity of a residential neighbourhood, while having access to all the amenities a condo can offer. This particular building boasts a party room and movie room, guest suites, a library, a gym, and a billiards room. Plus, there&rsquo;s a concierge on site, underground parking with visitor spots, and even bicycle parking.

When walking along Rosewell Avenue, it&rsquo;s easy to forget you&rsquo;re just around the corner from the major intersection of Avenue Road and Lawrence. Living here has been wonderful. Surrounded by parks, greenery and other everyday conveniences. The building is well-maintained for its age. Close to Yonge/Eglinton and perfect for starting a family in Lawrence Park.
