The Grange Condos

Not to be confused with the <a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/58-88-st-patrick-st-village-by-the-grange-grangetown-lofts">Village by the Grange &amp; Grangetown Lofts</a> in downtown Toronto, the Grange Condos at 551 the West Mall is much larger, and slightly older. The Grange Condos was built back in 1970 by Grozbord, King &amp; Associates Limited, and contains 305 units spread out over 15 storeys.Residents living at 551 the West Mall also have access to a generous array of amenities, including a concierge, visitor parking, and a car wash. The building also boasts a games room, an indoor swimming pool, barbecues, a party room, and a fitness centre.

And while the food isn&rsquo;t the main attraction at Sherway Gardens, IKEA, and Costco, these nearby institutions are well equipped to feed hungry shoppers.
