I love my apartment, but it’s been tough lately. We’ve had one elevator for over two months, garbage chutes are almost always broken, and construction noise starts at 6 am. Road closures make getting in and out a nightmare. Wouldn’t recommend this building at the moment.

Nice condo, though it's starting to show some age. The building still holds up, but a few signs of wear are becoming noticeable.

Great and safe location with a large, convenient shopping plaza nearby. The condo is well-maintained, and the neighbors are friendly and welcoming.

The unit itself is decent but sometimes the garbage area gets neglected and the elevators can feel sluggish. On the plus side, Liberty has everything close by so I barely use my car.
Liberty Lakeview Towers is among my favourite condo buildings in Liberty Village. Completed by Plaza Developments in 2013, there are 1,195 condo units spread between the three towers.
Some of the building's pros:
- I am a big fan of Plaza Developments' older layouts, like the units have, with the large U-Shaped kitchens, larger living area, and more thought-out rooms
- The three towers share a variety of amenities, which include an Indoor Pool, a Hot Tub, a Movie Theatre, a Games Room, a Gym, a Bowling Alley, a Golf Simulator, and a Rooftop BBQ Terrace
- Reasonable maintenance fees of $0.76 PSFT (The average in the area)
- Every unit features hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, floor-to-ceiling windows, and ample outdoor space
Some things to consider:
- Elevator wait times can be a bit on the higher side (although not terrible and should be expected in living in a large building like this one)
- Confusing parking lot (Visitors enter from 85 East Liberty while residents enter from 65 East Liberty)
- For good or for worse, pets aren't allowed in the main lobby. Residents have to use the designated pet door when walking their dogs

Nice area that’s continuously growing, offering easy access to grocery stores, banks, restaurants, and transit options, including TTC and bus services on King Street.
