    The Metropole condos was completed in 1997 by H&R Developments and consist of 314 units over 23 storeys, including townhome units on the ground level. This condo building is next to King subway station and multiple streetcar routes. The amenities in this building include an outdoor terrace, a cardio room and a gym room, an indoor pool, and a sauna. Despite being a 28-year-old building with an indoor pool, the maintenance fees in this condo are pretty reasonable at $0.88 per foot, which is comparable to some newer condos in the area! Some factors to consider: - All units have bright 10-foot ceilings - Respectful and diligent concierge staff - The weight-lifting gym is tiny - The building doesn't have visitor parking; if a resident is away and won't use their parking spot, they would permit the front desk staff to let people use their spot. This system is efficient and is part of what makes this building's community so special - Some units have dark exposures and don't get as much sun, but I find the east-facing views to be the brightest
