Forward/Newton/Exchange condos located at 70/80/90 Queens Wharf Rd. Although they are technically three seperate buildings, they share the same condo corporation. Completed by Concord in 2018, these are some of the best condos in the Cityplace neighbourhood (out of 29 condos in the area, along with 11 Brunel Crt and 170 Fort York).
Some of the building's pros:
- The building is well-built, especially in relation to other condos in the area
- Built-in appliances with floor-to-ceiling windows in every unit
- Decent maintenance fees for what the building offers @ $0.82 PSF
- The amenities are in a separate building that's shared with 75/85 Queens Wharf Rd, but they include a well-rounded mix of amenities like a swimming pool, gym, basketball court, etc
Some things to consider about this building:
- Elevator wait times can be long on the longer side, especially at 90 Queens Wharf Rd when the service elevator is booked up
- Some units have low ceilings (I have only seen this in 80 Queens Wharf Rd)
