Located at 403 Church Street, the 37 storey tower dazzles, rising from a glass podium with rounded architecture and curved balconies, giving a textured appearance. The property was developed by Tribute Communities and occupancy began in 2020.The concept behind Stanley Condos is one that many young professionals will appreciate: The vision was to create a building where residents could get in a hard workout and then meet their friends for cocktails, without ever leaving the building. It&rsquo;s clear that the amenity centre goes above and beyond in this regard, featuring many of the amenities that residents would need to find out in the neighbourhood with another condo building.Residents enjoy a state of the art fitness centre with full cardio and weight rooms, an outdoor lounge, rooftop deck and zen garden, a party lounge, club lounge, BBQ area, private dining room, concierge service, underground parking, and more. Price per square foot and condo fees are on the higher end, but that&rsquo;s to be expected for such high end offerings.
