Its been a couple decades that I've been living here and I don't understand how there are any negative reviews. The security staff are friendly and happy to get to know you if you want to talk to them, and everything abou tthe maintenance and management is very satisfactory. The units themselves are very great sizes and the price has remained reasonable. addmitedly, the views are amenities are equivalent to the age of the building, but thats the reality of consistent, well known, older buildings like this. I'm very content.
