Living here is fantastic! It’s in a prime spot at Esplanade and Church, and being steps away from St. Lawrence Market is a huge plus.

Nice building overall, but I’ve noticed the elevators are a bit slow during busy times. The units are sleek and the balcony views are great, but noise from the street can carry up depending on your floor.

Ideal downtown location with breathtaking city views, but the building has flaws. No visitor parking, a poorly equipped gym, and excessive ID checks for package pickups reduce the experience.
