    The building is decent, but the condo fees seem unclear since residents must pay extra to use most amenities (except the gym). Additionally, there's no dedicated visitor parking; instead, there's a public underground lot, which seems inconvenient. Other buildings in Toronto offer free amenities and visitor parking.

    The building is new and stylish but it’s the location that really sells it. Whether you’re a student or a young professional, it’s got everything nearby. I wish the hallways had a bit more personality, but the unit itself is bright and comfortable.

    I bought a unit here last year and I’ve been really happy. Great location near TMU and it’s easy to rent out if needed. The amenities are well maintained and the concierge staff are helpful and polite.

    It’s a decent building, but the units are definitely on the smaller side. The location is very convenient but it can be loud depending on which side you're facing. Management is responsive though, and the lobby looks great!
