Theatre District Residence / Reviews

The location of this building is really hard to beat—close to public transit, shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood itself is very nice, and I appreciate the convenience. That said, the building still has a lot of issues that need to be addressed. It's clear that it's not quite ready for residents yet. The amenities aren’t usable, with things like the gym and pool still under construction. The elevators are painfully slow, and there’s dust everywhere because of the ongoing work. The trash system also leaves a lot to be desired, with no functioning chutes, which means a trip to the loading dock for waste disposal. The building is not really ready to move in yet but when it is this condo will be a great place to live!
