Fantastic location near the market, subway, financial district and distillery. The building features a spacious communal patio that's perfect for relaxing or socializing.

I’ve owned a unit here for just over three years and honestly it’s been great. The building is older, but it’s very well maintained - they recently updated the hallways and elevators which made a big difference. You get more space than most newer condos in the area and the location is unbeatable: St. Lawrence Market, the Financial District and transit are all right outside. The windows are huge, gives tons of light. Soundproofing is solid too. Only minor complaint is the gym - it’s tiny and pretty basic but I’d still take this building over some of the newer glass towers nearby. Great long-term value.
