190 Borough Drive & 19-25 Town Centre Court & 1 Town Centre Court

Tucked away behind the Scarborough Town Centre — and right next to the Scarborough Civic Centre — in Bendale sits two residential towers and a handful of townhomes known as the Centro Condos. Henderson Development constructed the homes at 190 Borough Drive and 25 Town Centre Court back in 2011, in partnership with architects at IBI Group.

Each of the two towers reaches to 31 storeys tall, and together the complex is comprised of 578 Toronto condos. With so many homes throughout this neighbourhood, condo seekers should have no trouble finding Scarborough condos for sale in the building.

In addition to the immense number of condos at 190 Borough and 25 Town Centre, residents also have access to a long list of amenities. The building boasts a concierge, party room, indoor pool, gym, sauna, rooftop terrace, guest suites, and visitor parking, as well as on-site property management.

Only 16 of the 578 units here are townhouse units, meaning prospective residents interested in these suites will have to be ready to battle it out. All of the homes in the building are modern and stylish, however, and feature hardwood and laminate flooring, open concept layouts, and pass-through kitchens with granite countertops and built-in wine fridges.

In terms of size, the homes start at around 500 and reach to approximately 1,400 square feet. Condo seekers can expect to find one, two, and three bedroom units, as well as some homes with dens. Some other great options within close proximity to the building are the Real Canadian Superstore on Brimley Road and the Walmart located inside the Scarborough Town Centre.

Living at 190 Borough Dr is convenient for both residents who drive and those who prefer to take public transit. The former group can use McCowan Road and Brimley Road to reach on ramps for the 401, and once on this highway they can zip east or west across the city.

As for residents without access to cars, McCowan subway station on the Scarborough line can be reached by walking for just 5 minutes. Once at this station, passengers can catch trains heading west toward Kennedy Station, from which they can access the Bloor-Danforth line.
