Tucked away behind the Scarborough Town Centre &mdash; and right next to the Scarborough Civic Centre &mdash; in <a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/scarborough/bendale">Bendale</a> sits two residential towers and a handful of townhomes known as the Centro Condos. Henderson Development constructed the homes at 190 Borough Drive and 25 Town Centre Court back in 2011, in partnership with architects at IBI Group.Each of the two towers reaches to 31 storeys tall, and together the complex is comprised of 578 <a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/condos">Toronto condos</a>. While we always encourage residents to explore the entire city of Toronto, those living at 190 Borough Dr don&rsquo;t have to travel far in order to find some entertainment. The Scarborough Town Centre is about a block away, where residents can find retail stores, restaurants, and a movie theatre. Just to the west of the building is the Scarborough Civic Centre and a Toronto Public Library branch, while the Hand of God Dog Park and Frank Faubert Wood Lot are due south of the Centro Condos.When residents need to stock up on groceries, they can walk just 10 minutes (or drive 3 minutes) in order to reach the FreshCo on McCowan Road. Some other great options within close proximity to the building are the Real Canadian Superstore on Brimley Road and the Walmart located inside the Scarborough Town Centre.

Only 16 of the 578 units here are <a href="https://strata.ca/toronto/townhouse-condos">townhouse units</a>, meaning prospective residents interested in these suites will have to be ready to battle it out. Once at this station, passengers can catch trains heading west toward Kennedy Station, from which they can access the Bloor-Danforth line.

Great condo with awesome staff and residents. Amenities are clean and well-maintained—everything you could ask for in a home. Honestly, it's just perfect.
